Sometimes I'm stumped for something to draw or paint. The kitchen is full of colorful inspiration. You can create with the entire prepared food or just an ingredient like I chose to do here. Today I'm bringing art and a recipe together I've painted these Roma tomatoes and included one of my favorite summer recipes. When the weather starts heating up I like to prepare the bacon ahead of time and keep it in the refrigerator. What other short cuts do you take to make hot weather cooking easier?
