Decorative Trim and Primed the Roof Westville Dollhouse

The decorative trim has been added to the gables and the primer is drying on the roof. Looking more homey each day.  Happy Holidays!

Dollhouse Made with Foam Windows and Paint Progress

Today I cut out the door and windows.  Constructed with gorilla glue and toothpicks it is surprisingly strong. Finished it off with two coats of house paint hopefully making it durable. Hint: I painted all the pieces with a roller before constructing it to make it super easy.

Making a Colonial Dollhouse from Scratch with Foam

I followed these instructions from Let's Make a Dollhouse for my plans, free is good!  Instead of using plywood I bought foam insulation board. Everything was cut and this dry put together was done in one day.
