For this weeks Travel Sketchbook we went to Switzerland I did a 20 minute sketch of Château de Chillon at Lake Geneva. From aerial views this castle is round and almost completely surrounded by the lake waters. This drawing shows the area that is attached to the land.

Ohhh I really like this, the simple lines and minimal shading. I wish I could sketch quickly, I wouldn't even have found my pencil in 20 minutes lol
