Art Journal Cover

07-15-2011 The only thing I have worked on artistically in the last couple days has been the cover of my art journal.  It is a cloth covered hard bind Artist Loft sketch book.  In hindsight using the Copics was a really bad idea.  It Dracula sucked the ink from them.  I also used Bic Mark Its, Sharpie and Pitt Brush.  Pretty much whatever suited my fancy at that particular instance.  It started on the back with the intention of, "If it's terrible I won't have to look at it all the time."  Eventually it found its way around to they front.  I really like the magenta blobs under my name.
