Cat in a Bathtub

This original art trading card makes me think of a cat standing in a bathtub.  It's circled with pastel bubbles all around the cat.  I tried to make the brush strokes inside the bubbles maintain the swirls so that they felt round and light.

This card was mailed to Cassianna in my ATC Club for the Cats & Dogs Theme Swap.
